Special Prices on rugged Bulldog, Clay Whip, and V-Rock Reamers from Astec Underground. These exceptional downhole drilling tools are designed to match individual soil conditions and are manufactured using the best materials in the industry. Proven to reduce torque and enhance return spill, their performance is exceptional. Reamers vary from 8 to 24 inches long. They are strengthened and their life maintained with a coating of tungsten/carbide with 11% cobalt. Astec drills have a special swivel bolt for the reamer to ensure tight coupling to prevent the reamer from getting cocked. Jets are installed, rather than just having holes in the reamer, so that if bentonite wears out the holes, then the jets can be replaced easily, without having to replace the reamer.
