 The T765HD's mechanical power train with torque converter provides power to the chain as digging conditions dictate. Multiple chain speeds deliver full horsepower in varying conditions. The head shaft chain drives are fully enclosed and run in an oil bath for much longer life. The unibody tractor frame weldment is stronger than bolted plate designs and can be equipped with a variety of chain widths and cutting depths.
The T765HD has a computer-controlled transmission to reduce or prevent shock loading on components such as the digging chain. Its optional automatic track leveling undercarriage tilts a total of 17 degrees to keep the digging chain vertical while the machine is working on a slope.
Other important features include:
- Proven chain-driven head shaft with chain drives fully enclosed in an oil bath for longer life. This design provides lower operating costs than hydraulic pumps and motors.
- Sealed and lubricated track drive provides extended life and reduced maintenance costs.
- Location of cab provides operator protection from trenching hazards and from conveyor and trencher boom. Cab meets all ISO certifications for rollover and crush tests.
